Through artistic interventions, learning tools, and academic programs, I help businesses and communities build the capacity to navigate change without losing what makes them human.
Art changes how people pay attention, and attention shapes how society learns and evolves.
Contemporary life and work are fast, digital, and relentlessly optimized. In this context, people spend much of their time reacting, managing information, and responding to constant demands for productivity. Art interrupts this pattern. By introducing artistic tinkering and design into working spaces and society, I create the conditions where learning becomes more participatory, conversations become more open, and new ideas can emerge.

An Artist in Residence works inside an organization for a defined period, observing, asking questions, and introducing ways of seeing that people inside the building can't easily access on their own. At Microsoft, it got engineers to play. At Amazon, it made people stop rushing and actually look at what they were building. Suddenly the manager draws. The analyst makes something with their hands. I bring the artist's eye and the designer's method. For as long as it takes.

It depends on the format. A keynote or workshop is a single session. An Artist in Residence engagement typically runs between one and three months. Future Jobs Design unfolds over several sessions across a few weeks. Everything is scoped to what the work actually needs.

People with a vision and the courage to act on it. They're building something: a program, a team, a culture, and they know creativity needs to be at the core of it. They come from academia, companies and civil society organizations. What they have in common: they want to inspire others, unlock new ideas and get people genuinely connected. They're not looking for a speaker to fill a slot. They're counting on me to move the room.
